 Cancer Care Map is a simple, online resource that aims to help you find cancer support services in your local area wherever you are in the UK. Cancer Care Map is run by The Richard Dimbleby Cancer Fund charity.

Live Well with cancer cares about helping people in North Tyneside to live life fully with and beyond a cancer diagnosis.

'Passport to My Health and Wellbeing' is a way to help people along their journey and empower them to keep on top of important information.


The Passport is designed to help people who are struggling with poor mental health, and who are affected by long-term conditions including cancer, cope with attending appointments and treatment.


You, and the healthcare team looking after you, can use the passport to log important information during your diagnosis and treatment.
